Congenital anomalies of origin of coronary arteries are rare, with an incidence from 0.24% to 1.3% of the cases . The most critical anomaly is the left main coronary artery (LMCA) arising from the right sinus of Valsalva (RSV) as it has a high risk of sudden cardiac death
