Left main (LM) disease and three-vessel disease are types of complex coronary artery disease (CAD), the treatment of which is more difficult. Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), as an effective treatment for CAD, has been introduced for more than 50 years, and it is currently the preferred modality for treating complex CAD.
