If the User do not agree to the aforementioned, the User should not click to affirm his/her acceptance thereof. If the User does not agree to any of the provisions set forth in the Terms of Use, he/she should kindly discontinue viewing or using the e-TISL platform.
Modifications:

Violation of the Membership Conduct shall result in suspension or termination of the Account of the User with our without notice. Further, it may attract punishment under Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws of India.
Training and Knowledge
The e-TISL platform hosts wide variety of educational and training content including live webinars and recorded videos of webinars, archived for re-use. The purpose of this is to educate, share specific training modules to enhance and develop skills amongst the medical practitioners for improvement in general standard of healthcare services.
Please note: Procedures demonstrated, during training programs, are only from the standpoint of demonstration and not sufficient to conduct it practically without first hand practical practice/experience. The content hosted on e-TISL does not constitute telemedicine, telehealth or medical advice. The content available on e-TISL is meant for education and knowledge purposes and for promotion or sale of Terumo manufactured products.
Proctors, as trainers and teachers in the webinars and other recorded videos are independent and Terumo does not have control, rights accessibility etc. on them.
