Endovascular management of femoral access-site and access-related vascular complications following percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)



Transradial artery access for percutaneous coronary angiography represents the primary access modality and is strongly recommended, although femoral vascular access is necessary for numerous procedures, especially for more complex coronary interventions requiring large-bore access.
