Supportive evidence from randomized controlled trials and meta‐analyses has substantiated the use of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) as an alternate to coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) for revascularization of unprotected left main coronary artery (ULMCA) disease in patients with anatomy amenable to PCI.
